Ken Baker,
CPA, CFE

Ken has been with the firm since 2002, and has worked in public accounting for 25 years. He also spent 5 years with the Federal Government and 15 years in private industry. He specializes in audits of HUD entities, non-profits, and small business, pension/profit-sharing plans, as well as tax reporting. Ken is a member of the Oklahoma Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Ken graduated from Fort Hays State University.

Debbie Eastman,
CPA

Debbie has been with the firm since 1998, but has worked in public accounting since 1986. She specializes in personal and small business income tax, as well as audits of governments and non-profits, and reviews of construction entities. Debbie is a QuickBooks ProAdvisor and provides advisory services for clients that use QuickBooks. She is a member of the Oklahoma Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Debbie graduated from Langston University

Pat Hurd,
CPA

Pat is experienced in auditing Indian tribes, Indian gaming casinos, HUD-assisted apartment complexes, small for-profit entities, and municipalities. Pat also has served as an accounting instructor at Oklahoma Wesleyan University. Pat has over fifteen years of public accounting experience, and has worked in private industry, including accounting manager for a Tulsa nonprofit for seven years. Pat is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Oklahoma Society of Certified Public Accountants. Pat earned her undergraduate degree and MBA from Oklahoma Wesleyan University.

Danielle Nichols
CPA

Danielle has been an accounting professional for over ten years and has experience in all aspects of accounting, with a strong interest in taxation. She specializes in income tax preparation and planning for individuals, corporations, partnerships, estates, trusts, and non-profits as well as assists in conducting audits for clients in diversified industries. Danielle is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Oklahoma Society of Certified Public Accountants. Danielle earned her Bachelor of Business Administration with major studies in accounting from Northeastern State University.

Jim Nichols,
CPA

Jim is experienced in performing financial audits within diversified industries; manufacturing, construction, government, financial institutions, retirement plans, non-profits, HUD lenders and casinos. He has over twenty years of public accounting audit experience, including serving in the position of Audit Manager at a large regional firm. Jim has worked in private industry, as an accountant for a prominent sports apparel corporation and as a tax preparer. Jim is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Oklahoma Society of Certified Public Accountants. Jim earned his Bachelor of Business Administration with major studies in accounting from the University of Oklahoma.

Mary Jo Peterson,
CPA

Mary Jo has been in governmental accounting for 3 years and public accounting for 7 years. She specializes in audits of federal programs, particularly federal programs in tribal and city governments. She is a member of the Oklahoma Society of Certified Public Accountants. Mary Jo graduated from Langston University.

Emily Scoggins
Staff Auditor

Emily has 30 years of accounting experience with most of her career spent in external and internal audit. She joined the firm in 2005 and specializes in audits of HUD entities, non-profits, and some casinos. Emily graduated from Stephen F. Austin State University with a BBA in Accounting.

Bradley Grimm
Staff Auditor

Bradley received a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Accounting from Rogers State University in 2015. He joined Stotts, Archambo, Mueggenborg & Barclay, PC in 2017. Bradley has experience in budget analysis, procurement, and inventory.

Staff Auditor

Ross received a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting and Finance from the University of Arkansas in 2008. He joined Stotts, Archambo, Mueggenborg & Barclay, PC in 2017. Ross has over 9 years of experience in accounting within financial institutions and in corporate and private industry.

Assistant Accounting Manager

De has more than ten years of accounting experience. She joined the firm in 2005 and has gained experience in many different accounting disciplines including auditing casinos, Tribes, non-profits, HUD entities, municipalities and 401(k) plans. De graduated from Oklahoma State University College of Business where her major was Accounting.

Elizabeth Thrash
Client Service Manager

Elizabeth is involved with client support and developing client relationships. Elizabeth’s professional career of 40 years has been centered in information technology and business software solutions which included clients in a variety of industries within the U.S. and Internationally. Elizabeth is a graduate in Business Administration from Rutherford Business College in Dallas, Texas. She is active within the Bartlesville community. She has served on multiple boards, a Past-President of Daybreak Rotary Club and a Rotary International Paul Harris Fellow. She has won awards from the Oklahoma Main Street Program and the American Business Women’s Association.

Laura has over 20 years experience in accounting for private firms and non-profit organizations. Also, she has 17 years experience in human resources, staff management, property operations and accounting process implementation. She joined the firm in 2015. Laura earned a Bachelor of Music degree from Oberlin College in Oberlin, OH. She had undergraduate studies majoring in business management at Houston Community College and earned a MBA from the University of Texas at Dallas.

Receptionist

Brenda has more than 40 years of administrative experience and joined the firm in 2001. Brenda performs a number of client service functions including serving as the customer service representative for a rural water district.
